Charged with overseeing all media and public relations for Comanche County, a local/state government body as well as the third largest county in the State of Oklahoma with a population of over 150,000. Designed and maintained a functional website for Comanche County government and the county in general. Maintain and implement all technology within the county to include the implementation and maintenance of several Windows 2003 Servers and Linux-based servers, radio communications, desktop and portable clients, and software that provides essential security functions for a 300 bed correctional facility and software for the Emergency Management of the county. Oversee that compliance to safety is maintained within the county hopes of reducing the amount of Worker's Compensation claims. In only one year, new programs that I implemented, including the county's first county-wide safety policy, caused a dramatic decrease in worker's comp claims from the worst county record in the State to the 5th best. As the county's principle campaign coordinator, I was responsible for coordinating such campaigns as the United Way campaign (a campaign in which I helped increase the levels of county giving to the organization by more than 150%) and the county's blood drive campaign (a campaign that increased donor participation by more than 200%) -

Violent Offender Notification Software

Assisted in the creation of and implementation thereof software that tracks the movement of violent offenders already incarcerated to that their victims would be notified in the event of transfers or release. This system is now widely used in the State of Oklahoma.

Tennessee Governor's 'Three Star' Award
